About
I’m Alison Davis, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a background as a Division I & II collegiate lacrosse athlete. Through years of training at a high level, we learned discipline, structure, and what it takes to push physical limits, but also how important balance is outside of sport.
After stepping away from athletics, I struggled to maintain that same structure in everyday life. That experience is what led me into coaching. Now, we focus on building that balance intentionally—through strength training, functional movement, and sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.
Together, we create a strong foundation so you can move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in and outside of the gym.
