I"ve been working with Ali for well over six months. We are focusing on balance and core strength, but we are also dealing with knee pain and other limitations. Ali is very intuitive, checking in with me each week to see what I want to focus on, and particular issues I am having. We do stretching which is very important, and some activation exercises to loosen up. The thing I really appreciate about Ali is that she pushes me just enough to get results, but not too much. I can do the same exercises on my own, but never get as much impact as when I do them with her, She is a stickler for form, pace, and posture in a way that makes an immense difference. and if I do a rep incorrectly, she doesn't count it!
